Hunt Family Scholarship

The parties agree that, in addition to the scholarship amount otherwise payable under the
Original Agreement, the Donor may, in the Donor’s discretion, make an additional
charitable contribution to the Foundation for the Hunt Family Scholarship for any
academic year in which the scholarship is awarded.
Any supplemental contribution shall be received and administered by the Foundation and
may be applied toward the scholarship award in accordance with the Original Agreement,
this Amendment, the Foundation’s applicable policies, University policies, and applicable
federal and state law.
The total annual scholarship award, including any supplemental contribution, shall not
exceed the recipient’s applicable tuition, required educational fees, course materials,
room, and board for the applicable academic year, as determined by the University.
The Donor shall have no obligation to make a supplemental contribution in any particular
academic year, and the Foundation shall have no obligation to increase the scholarship
award from Foundation funds if the Donor elects not to make a supplemental contribution.
Any supplemental contribution in excess of the amount that may be awarded to the
recipient for the applicable academic year shall remain subject to the terms of the Original
Agreement and applicable Foundation policies.
Notwithstanding any provision of the Agreement limiting the use of scholarship funds to
tuition, the scholarship may be used for the following educational expenses, subject to
applicable University policies and financial-aid requirements:
• Tuition;
• Required educational fees;
• Course materials;
• Room and Board
