Bob and Billie Edwards Endowed Scholarship

The purpose of the Bob & Billie Edwards fund is to establish an endowment fund, the income of which shall be used to provide scholarship(s) to BSU students who meet the following criteria:
1. Meet the University’s Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) requirements.
Preference is for:
2. A first-generation student or non-traditional student
3. From northern Minnesota, as defined as north of the east-west line running through Fergus Falls and Brainerd.
4. Preference for a student of American Indian descent.
