Bemidji Area Alumni Chapter Scholarship

The purpose of the Fund is to provide an endowment fund, the income of which shall be used to promote Bemidji State University (BSU) by providing scholarships to new incoming freshman students from the Bemidji Area, who reside within 30 miles of Bemidji or attends school within 30 miles of Bemidji. Qualified student applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. The Bemidji Area Alumni Chapter, or its designated committee or representative, is responsible for developing criteria for the awarding of this scholarship, for setting the number and amount of the scholarships, for announcing the availability of the scholarships to interested parties and alumni. The Office of Admissions and Scholarships will be responsible for selecting the applicant and informing applicants of their selection or non-selection.
