Recipients must meet the University’s Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) requirements and cannot be in default or owe any refund/repayment of federal, state, or institutional aid.

Have a financial need as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and the Bemidji State University Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships.

Have a class standing of junior or senior.

Have a declared major in political science.
