Lawrence H. "Hollie" Higgins Scholarship

Awarded to a graduate of Bemidji High School who will be attending Bemidji State University and who is majoring in business administration. If the student has been enrolled at Bemidji State University, the student must also have a 3.25 cumulative GPA.
