Peggy (Marvin) Johnson Memorial Scholarship

Admissions Department will award to a Freshmen from Warroard. Preference to a student majoring in Engineering Tech. or Business. This is a renewable award for four years.

Preference to students from Warroad MN High School, minimum GPA of 2.5 at the end of the last recorded semester (for both incoming Freshman as well as those recipients who may be renewing). Preference to majors in Business or Technology (preference given to Engineering Technology majors) rotating majors each year. If no qualifying freshman Business or Tech students from Warroad apply for admission in a given year, the preference for scholarships will be given to qualified Warroad High School students entering BSU with majors in other fields. If no qualified applicants from Warroad High School are attending BSU, the preference will be given to students from northern Minnesota (north of US Hwy 2). Renewable for up to 4 years by maintaining a minimum GPA of 2.5. Students can change majors and continue to receive the award IF they meet the minimum GPA standard.
